Cancellation Policy

For each 7 nights of a reservation, a $50 non-refundable, non-transferrable policy will be collected at the time of making the reservation.  If you cancel, no-show, or need to move/modify/change the dates outside of the initial reservation window, you will forfeit the deposit.

Reservations from 1 to 7 nights, the non-refundable, non-transferrable deposit will be $50.

Reservations from 8-14 nights, the non-refundable, non-transferrable deposit will be $100.

Reservations from 15-21 nights, the non-refundable, non-transferrable deposit will be $150.

Reservations from 22-31 nights (including monthly reservations), the non-refundable, non-transferrable deposit will be $200. 

The balance for the reserved stay is due upon check-in, and there are no refunds after check-in.
